It was just delightful to meet up with Natasha again. Natasha was able to re-establish that amazing connection she had with my daughter the first time we met, and this really helped with the gathering of essential information within the assessment process. Any assessment is an intense process, but by starting where the child is, is a brilliant, start. As a therapist myself, I found myself watching a masterclass!

Charlotte truly has healing hands , much evident from her long career in nursing . This was my very first time of reflexology; and I regret why I didn’t do this sooner . Charlotte is such a warm , kind , gentle soul who’s aura along with her touch and healing hands had me in absolute relaxation and left me feeling on Cloud 9 - I already plan to book my mother , sister and gift vouchers for my friends HIGHLY RECOMMEND to all 5 ***** Thankyou kindly Charlotte , when Im next back in Derby I will be booking myself in again with you :)

Very helpful very friendly only thing I will say tho is I had a panic attack because the gate was locked and I couldn’t enter I felt like someone was going to crash into me… so maybe making sure the gates are open as it was my first time I literally was scared!!! However aruni was lovely and made sure I could leave okay thankyou

Natasha was absolutely amazing with my son. She was lively, engaging, knowledgeable and she kept my son captivated for the duration of the 2 hour assessment, expertly supporting him to focus and respond. My son has a high vestibular and proprieceptive threshold so Natasha gave him high energy games and resources to play/use whilst he was being assessed so the whole assessment felt more comfortable and fun for him. Would highly recommend:)

Great service. Therapy seems to be going in the right direction, would highly recommend.

Very knowledgeable therapist who I felt for once actually got my daughter and understood her needs . We felt very comfortable and came away feeling like a step in the right direction had been made in supporting my daughter with her issues .

It was a relaxing experience. I'm quite happy with how the treatment went. 10/10 overall

Natasha is an exceptionally good therapist! I am so impressed with the way she got so much information out of my children, she made them feel at ease really quickly. We had one session via zoom and one session in clinic, and I can say both worked very well. Natasha managed to get both children to engage on zoom, which was amazing, and they both enjoyed being at the clinic. My only issue is that Natasha is 2 hours away from our house as I would love for her to be my boys regular therapist. The report is very detailed and shows a very deep understanding. Couldn't be happier!

Utterly relaxing hour and twenty five minutes spent switching off from daily life and catching up with Charlotte. The time flew by and I felt like I glided home on the walk back after the reflexology. Thank you!

My son was very nervous before we arrived, but we felt welcome and put at ease by the therapists approach. We felt listened to and understood. The therapist was patient and explained everything she was doing clearly. She was able to answer some of my nagging doubts and questions around process towards EHCP too, which was helpful. I have been visiting Pennie for around 6 months as I initially had a problem with my neck, this has now completely gone thanks to the sports massages and physio plan that Pennie created for me! I continue to regularly attend appointments to keep my muscles in check and find it massively helps my mobility and recovery post exercise. Pennie is very friendly, professional and helpful and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my sports massages!

A nice experience. I had a number of things that needed looking at. Pennie knows her stuff and wasn’t too hard on me. She made lots of notes and worked on the areas that needed working on. She offered sound advice and exercises to follow along with strapping the problem areas. Fingers crossed for the recovery. Would definitely recommend.

I felt really listened to and heard. For the first time since SM developed in my daughter, I felt someone understood her and her situation and didn't just see her as a problem or her SM as a phase or defiance. Having my daughter understood through a neuroaffirming lens, not having classic behaviour therapies pushed and having her SM understood as part of her PDA profile was amazing. I feel like I have someone who gets it on my side for the tribunal. Thank you!

I had a wonderful reflexology treatment with Charlotte. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel incredibly welcome and relaxed. Her touch is exceptional, and the pressure she applied was perfect, allowing me to drift into a deeply peaceful state. The treatment room had a beautifully calm ambience that enhanced the experience.
