He helped relieve long-standing tension and restrictions in my neck, upper back, and hips that had built up from years of poor posture and sleeping positions. His work went far beyond a traditional massage: he identified underlying structural issues and taught me stretches and exercises for continued care at home. His studio is calm and relaxing, and I highly recommend him for therapeutic massage, mobility work, and a much-needed structural reset.

Absolutely the best facial in the world ! Left feeling like an out of body experience ! very relaxing room Playing chill music In the background. And all the products were gorgeous and the facial and arm / hand massage was insane . Anita explained I was so tense there on my lower arms and my jaw and massaged all the tension . Gonna refer to all as it was just amazing !! And I’ll be back soon x

I strongly recommend this therapist. This was one of the most unique and therapeutic massage experiences I have ever had. It was much more than a regular massage. He combined techniques from chiropractic care, physical therapy, deep-tissue massage, stretching, and therapeutic bodywork all in one session. I travel extensively around the world and have experienced many different types of massage, especially in the United States, but I have never experienced anything quite like this. This was truly focused on the body, muscles, movement, and relieving tension rather than simply relaxation!
