It was my first time visiting and I'm so glad I found this place, and Lainey. She took great care in understanding why I'd selected my treatment and explained how the treatment was going to work. Lainey is such a welcoming and warm person. Today's treatment was both deep and relaxing as she worked to help relieve the tension and pain in my shoulders. She, and her treatments, make such a fundamental contribution to my health and wellbeing.

I see Lainey regularly for an hour's deep tissue/remedial massage. Lainey is so good at adapting her work according to what's needed. She finds the places that need more attention and I always come away feeling more at ease, and cared for.
