To see the positive change in my daughter in just a few weeks is incredible. She was happy, excited and dancing around after tonights session. She says that she has seen a few counsellors, and Lucy is the best counsellor in Coventry.

The massage and cupping from Rachel is essential in keeping me training pain-free. She is responsive and understands to where i have experienced tightness and DOMS and even finds and works on troublesome areas before I knew about them myself! I’ve never been before and my husband booked me an appointment because I was in a lot of pain. Honestly the best massage I’ve ever received, I felt like every muscle on my back was worked and all knots were taken care of. I actually feel like a new person coming out, I’m now going to be booking in monthly to maintain. Thank you again!

My husband has been seeing Lucy for a couple of months now and he is so happy with her service. She is a great listener, completely non-judgemental and allows him to feel supported and heard. Lucy is providing a bespoke package of counselling and hypnotherapy around childhood trauma, alcohol reliance, anxiety and self-esteem. Pete fixed my shoulder, which had been hurting like crazy for, like, four or five years. He also fixed my super sensitive forearm, which had been bugging me for over three years. Neither my GP nor the GP's physio could help. Nobody could figure out what was wrong, so I couldn't get the right treatment. After a few sessions with Pete, I'm totally good! Is he a magician? Seriously, doctors should take notes from you.

Lucy’s approach with my daughter was fantastic- she focused on rapport and connection first before asking any tricky questions, which worked well. Lucy was very professional and knowledgeable but at the same time she was warm and friendly, which has given us the confidence to move forward with the therapy.

Meeting Lucy, has been one of the best things that has happened to me. She is a great listener and an amazing therapist.

I have had 3 treatments of swift therapy with Julia so far, I had been putting off treatment out of embarrassment but she made me feel at ease and was very personable and informative.

Came in for a sports / Hot stone massage before my comp at the weekend, first time having one so I had no idea what to expect, Rachel was very welcoming and friendly, feel 1000x better after having had it done and will definitely be back.

Rachel was amazing, as always. I found the stones really relaxing, my shoulders were really tight and I was struggling with internal rotation. After coming away my shoulders are nice and loose but also pain free! Would highly recommend.
