I have been here twice for nanoplasty on my very thick long hair. Although it's pretty expensive I consider it worth it. My hair is so so smooth for much longer than the 6 months they say it will last. It grows out nicely, the texture is better than any other straightening or smoothing treatment I've tried. The only thing I'll say is make sure you pack your own healthy snacks and drinks because it takes quite a long time (but so worth it).

I had a keratin treatment and the results were amazing. My hair feels smooth, soft, and beautifully straight with a healthy shine. The salon is clean, modern, and even has a café offering drinks. The staff were friendly and professional throughout. Anu made me feel welcome, explained the treatment clearly, and ensured I was comfortable. My experience was excellent from start to finish, and I look forward to visiting again. Highly recommended

Had another great keratin blowdry at Milano with Leigh who is only a trainee but did an amazing job taming my frizzy, thick hair into a lovely smooth, sleek style. I'm really pleased with it. Leigh was lovely and very easy to chat with too. Highly recommend!

I’ve never met a piece of humidity or dampness my hair didn’t want to get frizzy for. The autumn/winter weather has been slapped back with my glossy smooth hair and, I love it. This review is for anyone else who wants to look in the mirror after it’s been a day, and not take a selfie to send to your besties saying… walked around like this, whilst you wait patiently for them to mock you. I returned to Ellie for a keratin strengthening treatment as she suggested it might be really good with my very frizzy hair and to help with my hair damage due to constantly dying it and using a hair straightener every day. She was right!! My hair feels amazing now, it's so smooth and so glossy and straight. I got so many compliments yesterday from my friends! I highly recommend this hair treatment and I can't wait to return to Ellie in a couple of months for my next balayage!

Always an AMAZING cut by Gill & my hair is still lovely & smooth from my keratin blow dry I had before my holiday. Can not recommend the keratin blow dry enough as saved my super thick frizzy hair from the humidity while I was away in Thailand. Li did her new keratin treatment on my curly/ frizzy hair. I have hated my hair due to the curls not being curly and I am unable to straighten it any more. Well all I can say is WOW!!!!!! I was caught in drizzle/ rain for an hr or 2 yesterday and my hair stayed perfectly straight. If it was one of my previous keratin treatments ( from other hairdressers) the treatment would now be destroyed ( not keeping it dry for 48hrs) AMAZING!!!!! So impressed. I feel good about my hair again Thanks Li.

Had my Keratin straightening treatment done today... So very happy with my result.... Don't need to straighten my hair for about 8-10 months ... Wash and let dry or blast dry it... it took a few hours but has saved me hours trying to straighten out my frizzy hair. So soft and smooth... Love it... Thanx Matais

Had a Keratin blow dry medium with Kayt. My hair is very prone to frizz and my hair is naturally wavy. Kayt recommended me trying it at my previous cut, so as she said it was on offer I went for it ! I had the sweetest most beautiful lady washing my hair - I got a massage, and the most extensive wash ever (my hair feels SO clean) - then Bhumi, the sweetest lady ever! I found out about Kertan through a FB creator Lisa Perese Cullen she had same hair as me, course and out of control frizzy! Η θεραπεία κερατίνης άφησε τα μαλλιά μου απαλά, λαμπερά και ευκολοχτένιστα, ενώ το κούρεμα ήταν ακριβώς αυτό που είχα ζητήσει. Ο χώρος καθαρός, περιποιημένος και με ωραία αισθητική. Σίγουρα θα το ξαναεπισκεφτώ και το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!
