Nav (owner, operator) consistently exceeds expectations. Competitive pricing, consistent (and clean) amenities, comprehensive introductions for newcomers, and a calm relaxing space to unwind afterwards. It might be the only place to float in Birmingham City Centre but if it wasn’t it would probably still be the best! If you’ve gotten used to floating in the isopod in other spas around the world, you’ll be pleased with floating here!

It was my visit in over a year to King Thai and I have to say that they simply head and shoulders above any other massage therapy centre I’ve visited. Nudy is exceptional at what she does - she identified the problem areas without me having to direct her and the massage was brilliant. I certainly won’t be going anywhere else in the future!

If there were a superb, that would be my rating! Another strong 'no pain, no gain' massage from Nudy, that was spectacular! Her techniques to massage deep into the muscle leave your body feeling relaxed, your mind sharp and your spirit strong. King Thai Therapy is #1 for professional real Thai massage. This technology is a real eye opener, i have tried many things over the years but the precision of the bio-resonance scan stands out from anything else, both with standard health care and holistic. I was very pleased with the results and the way Jose guided me through the process. I received treatment on the day and was prescribed naturaly designed items to take afterwards. I recommend this process to anyone who is looking for a safe and sophisticated explanation of disease in their body, with advice on which therapy would be most suitable to treat it.

I have completed a 10 session oxygen therapy and 4 sessions of part cryotherapy to reduce my nostrils inflammation. And I can definitely see the health improvements. Not just the inflammation reduction but also increased vitality and energy level. I enjoyed every time when I came to the Active centre. The staff is very welcoming, professional and friendly. Over many years I’ve seen lots of specialists all over the country for injury rehabilitation, most of whom charge significantly more than TherapyFit Treatments, out of them all, Bal is the only person I’ve stuck with which I think says it all! I have honestly never met someone who invests so much into the treatment, his attention to detail, knowledge, passion & level of care is what sets Bal apart from the rest. 1st time having a sports massage , it was really good , explanation was clear highly recommended.

I had a great experience at Therapy fit. The analysis and information I was given prior to the massage was great and I'll be definitely taking into account in my daily life going forward. My hamstring feels way looser since the treatment so I'd definitely recommend to all who are debating whether it's worth it, I found it very good & will be revisiting.

I thoroughly enjoyed my cryotherapy session and my muscles are still tingling from the procedure an hour later as I write this review. Shelby was very informative about the process and her friendly presence was most welcome throughout the experience as I was in the chamber.

Highly recommend, I've tried a lot of different sports treatments before and TherapyFit is up there with the best. Balbinder is really thorough and knowledgeable and I haven't experienced such quick results before. I didn't feel at all rushed like I have previously in other places, overall extremely good value for money.

Really good first session

Had grade 3 ligament damage to ankle in September and physio wasn’t working found this place and after 2 appointments using Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and using the isolated cryo treatment the swelling of ankle has come down a lot. For months it’s been swollen and difficult to get around. Definitely recommend and all staff are very friendly.

I am really pleased with the therapy I had, Bal is great, not just have the skills but also the knowledge - I feel like I never had issue with my health! Thank you and see you at the next one!
