This was my 3rd, 1-1 session with Andrew for pain related to two herniated discs in my lower back with nerve involvement. Acupuncture, dry needling, myofascial release, cupping and rehab Pilates with Andrew are all playing a pivotal role in my recovery and there’s no one else I’d trust to help with my back as it is. Highly recommended!

After a month of not running due to a pain in my side, I booked an appointment with Andrew. He very quickly diagnosed an issue with my psoas muscle which runs from the pelvis to the thigh. One physio session and some exercises to complete at home and I am fixed. Out walking after two days and running after three. Would highly recommend
