I absolutely love charmaine, everytime we visit Breathe she greets us with the biggest smile and best attitude! Love the infrared saunas, the room is big and the lighting is dim and you feel really Zen being in there. Fast forward to cryo, brightly lit and freeeeeezing! Will definitely shock the Zen out of you! Also, love the sodii hydration drink they provide. All round 10 out 10 experience everytime. Thank you

This was my first time at Lavanya and such a wonderful experience from start to end. Emma was friendly, warm and attentive to my needs as she walked me through my pregnancy massage, ensuring I was comfortable with every part of the experience. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked through the door and thought the rooms themselves were cosy, warm and homely thanks to the beautiful wooden interiors and soft lighting. The massage itself was very calm and relaxing- I easily could have fallen asleep! The pressure was perfect. Loved the lyrical music too! Such a nice vibe.

This was the best, AMAZING spa facial experience I have ever had. I have not had many "spa" treatments so I was surprised how wonderful this was! Nika was knowledgeable, very talented, caring and sweet. It felt so wonderful. Of note, I am not one to lie supine for even 20 minutes without getting restless, so I was amazed that I was sooo relaxed for the whole hour. I even dozed off at times. The ambiance was also perfect with soft lighting and music, and comfortably warm bed. I will definitely treat myself to Nicka's A+ talents.

I recently had the TESLA Chair and LED therapy treatment at Beauty Essentials by Amela (BEBA), and I can honestly say it was an incredible experience. I walked in feeling quite uncomfortable and in pain, but after the treatment, I left completely pain-free. The difference was amazing. Amela truly goes the extra mile for her clients. Her care, professionalism, and genuine attention made me feel supported and comfortable throughout the entire session. You can really feel that she cares about her clients’ well-being. When I arrived at Adelaide Aesthetic Elegance I was welcomed by Saba my therapist. I was taken into one of the treatment rooms, which was dimly lit with soft music playing. OUTSTANDING . I was lucky enough to receive a head and facial voucher for Mother's Day, but due to having an operation I wasn't able to use it until now. It was definitely worth the wait! Petch, the beautician, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The pressure during the treatments was spot on, and every product used smelled absolutely amazing. Could hear a bit of noice from surrounding services but once I had a speaker on it was fine. Lovely staff, very easy to book, straight forward process. Really well priced and easy location. Maybe could have used an extra towel as I used one in there and needed another to dry with.
