This was my 2nd visit to ease a stiff neck and shoulders. Nicky worked wonders on my first visit and following todays visit I'm back to normal. I play walking football and I'm in the England K C squad. on Friday we are off to Jersey for my first international game. A good, trust worthy, knowledgeable and reliable sports therapist is essential. Nicky is all of these things. I would highly recommend her.

Another great massage by Nicky! I especially love the fact that Nicky has a chat with you before she starts to find out where your issues are and then works on those areas. Mine are always shoulders, lower back and hips which have improved immensely since I've started seeing Nicky.

I’ve been going to Nicky now for general and specific sports massage over the last few months and she’s fantastic. After a pretty active career I’ve had plenty of sports massages but Nicky is by far the best starting with a great consultation to ensure the right focus, through to continued sessions. I’d highly recommend her services which are well priced too.
