This was my 2nd time back to Sharon. At this visit I did bio-energy and reflexology. I am currently 7 months pregnant and feeling the full affects of the third trimester. I wasnt sleeping great and my brain was constantly on the go. Between the two therapies, I left feeling absolutely relaxed to my core and my brain fully settled 😌 Sharon is an amazing therapist and an even more amazing lady. I would highly recommend these sessions during pregnancy. I cant wait for my next visit 🥰

I had a few sessions with Kieran for back pain and was really impressed. He takes the time to understand what’s going on and explains everything in a simple, practical way. This was my first time ever to have reflexology. I have to say it was amazing. I am 5 months pregnant. Sharon was so professional and a very nice person. Wow what an amazing experience with Sharon. I felt like doing something for myself as a busy mum and always felt overwhelmed so I went to Sharon and done the 3 days with her. I had the BioEnergy distant healing with her over the phone (which I didn’t think could be possible) but to say I feel a lot more calmer and grounded is unreal! Sharon is a fantastic therapist and i cant wait for more! Can’t recommend her enough!!
