Kathy is an expert at her job. I told her it was my first time getting eyelash extensions, and I explained that I preferred a more natural look — not thick or heavy lashes. She explained the types of lashes that would suit the shape of my face and guided me through the process. She was very gentle and careful with her work, and the results turned out clean and beautiful. I also added eyebrow waxing and tinting, and everything was done perfectly. The only place I feel comfortable being waxed. Daniella has a certain eye for a clean finish and has the most hygienic waxing space and practices. No double dipping!

Just had my first eyebrow waxing appointment with Ina. She was very professional and welcoming. After numerous failed appointments with other establishments, I expressed my concerns with Ina. She immediately made me feel at ease explaining she will map out my brows and show me during the process which I appreciated very much. Assured me if something was off, I could change it if needed. At the end of my appointment I looked into the mirror and adored my eyebrows. Ina listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered it with precision and professionalism. Cannot recommend her enough!!

M-plified’s two-therapist approach worked brilliantly. They waxed in tandem, then one applied cooling gel while Malini performed the laser, making the session efficient and distracted from discomfort. The sensation was very manageable, with only mild pinpricks over bony areas like toes, knees or where the hair was thicker. Malini kept moving between treatment areas, which made it more comfortable. If you’re looking for meticulous hair removal, this is a great place. They ensure no hairs are missed and carefully remove ingrown hairs after waxing. It was a clean and efficient experience.

Gosia is the one to go to if you want the perfect and least painful waxing! I have been to a few girls for waxing and she is the best, hands down! Even the Hollywood wax was like a walk in the park, never had a Hollywood that didn't hurt! She is also super friendly and makes you feel comfortable from the minute you meet her. I hope we never move from the area, so I can get my waxing done with her for as long as possible 💜 a true professional

Ritu is great but an eyebrow wax which is a 20 minute service increased from $60 to $100! No stars for the price $40 price increase. Will not br returning in a hurry.

I've been going to Kerryn for the past few months to get my eyebrows waxed. Previously I was getting them threaded elsewhere so was nervous to go back to waxing but she takes her time with them, works her magic and they always look amazing. Highly recommend 🙌

BEST WAXING EXPERIENCE EVER - IVE had some waxes in the past but none compare to Amita. I had the Hollywood wax and it was soooo much less painful and generally a very calm and serene environment to get waxed in. I put my full trust in Amita - definitely check her out if you’re in the Wong Chuk Hang/Southern District Area!!!
