I had a great experience getting a head spa treatment! The key for me was being able to go an hour early to use the hot tub / sauna area. By the time my treatment started, I was already perfectly relaxed. I will be back to try more of their offerings!

Kayla has a lovely, clean, and comfortable work space. She was friendly and professional, and she took her time to do a detailed lip wax. She uses quality products that are gentle on the skin, and it's all at a great price. I will definitely go back when I'm in town!

All the employees were so warming and welcoming I had a great experience for my first time and I can now say that I will be going there from now on thank you all for such great hospitality! As someone who reads countless reviews before visiting a new place, I have a few things to say! One: Kenn slayed, my eyebrows look so good. Two: vibes/energy? Amazing. It was such a clean, welcoming environment with great music taste. Three: there was in fact a child in the salon during my visit and I can confirm 100% appropriate conversational topics the whole time! “I, spy” anyone? All in all, I will be returning to Catherine Nails probably again and again in my own pajamas :)

Addison was wonderful. I had my brows mapped because they hadn’t been waxed in quite a while. She did a fantastic job and was very communicative. She also had a game plan for my brows going forward. The service was excellent. Minimal redness. I’m excited to have a reliable waxer in Kalamazoo. I already have my next appointment booked and will look forward to seeing Addison for a facial sometime soon as well!

Kayla is experienced which means she knows what she is doing. Eyebrow wax and great color tint. Free with ideas for products to use. And she’s fun!

Definitely will be recommending to my people! We felt so relaxed after that we forgot our freshly dried swimsuits! Did a couples head spa with my fiancé and we felt like royalty. The inner haven experience is so relaxing, they brought us water, chilled towels for our faces/necks, and kept us updated as to when our service providers were ready for us. The service itself was so relaxing and included a shoulder & arm massage which I loved. Everyone was welcoming and professional. Also the environment was very luxe and relaxing; the perfect addition to Kalamazoo!

Addison was absolutely amazing and made me feel comfortable during my entire waxing session. Catherine’s Head2Toe is also very clean and has a welcoming atmosphere. I can’t wait to go back and try out some other services that they offer.
