Emma was lovely, she did an incredible job with styling my hair when I wasn't entirely sure what I wanted she helped with ideas. She also helped me with some makeup I had brought with me. The only feedback I have that's negative is she did scratch the inside of her nose and then touched my hair...I'm a bit of a germaphobe so that was unpleasent. But I would be back again due to the excellent customer service otherwise.
