Harriet is amazing! I’ve had waxing, lash lifts & brows done with her now and she is honestly sooo good at everything. She makes you super comfortable with the waxing, and super happy with both lash lift & brows. I recently had my first waxing appointment, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel completely at ease. Harriet took her time to explain everything before getting started and throughout the session, made sure to check in with me regularly to make sure I was comfortable and that everything was okay. Harriet’s calm and friendly approach made what I expected to be a stressful experience actually feel very relaxed. For anyone who’s nervous about waxing for the first time, I can’t recommend enough. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I started to come and see Billie for Classic Eyelash Extensions after a recommendation from a friend and would truly never go anywhere else now. Not only is Billie incredibly knowledgeable and skilful in her craft, she’s honestly one of the loveliest people you will come across. Her studio is clean and inviting and the results of her work have you walking out feeling like an absolute baddie! I went to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted for the first time with Victoria and I’m so glad I did! I mentioned that I’ve been trying to grow my eyebrows back and she did such an amazing job. She was careful not to take away too much, shaped them beautifully and matched the tint perfectly to my natural root colour. I was pleasantly surprised by how much fuller my brows looked afterward (turns out I had more hair hiding than I thought!). I’m so happy with the result and will definitely be returning. The most incredible pamper today for that pre holiday glow! I had a lash tint and brow wax followed by the dreamiest hot honey facial.
