I honestly don’t remember twitching once during the wax — which is saying something! I only realised this afterwards on the drive home. Laura made me feel completely comfortable, which is always a bonus when visiting a new therapist (and I’ve been waxing for many years). We chatted about everything from pet chickens to the moon and everything in between, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and effortless. An absolutely lovely experience and a wonderful discovery, thank you Laura. I’ll definitely be back!

Jade is super professional and just a lovely person! She’ll make you feel at ease and is easy to talk to. Her flexible opening hours are also a big plus as a working mum. I found Hayley when I needed a last-minute LVL appointment for both my daughter and myself, and she kindly managed to fit us in. I’m so glad we found her, we will definitely be returning, and I’ve already booked another appointment! Hayley is such a lovely and caring person, and she’s fantastic at what she does. She even gave my daughter some chocolates after hearing she’d been having a difficult time recently, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Highly recommend!

Marina was so thorough and it was a really good waxing experience. She even applied a masque to help calm my sensitive skin after and provided something to apply over the next few days if needed. I have never had that before so will definitely use Marina as my regular waxer going forward.
