First visit to Acer beauty having found availability on Fresha and then finding the instagram page and reading about Ellie, her experience and having just started up here in Carlisle. I booked in and had one of the best massages I’ve ever had ‘the Signature’ it was just what I needed and so relaxing. Ellie was lovely, and put me totally at ease visiting somewhere for the first time. It’s a lovely relaxing space with a warm welcome and the bonus of parking at the door. I would highly recommend

Well..... That was a funny appointment with Emma today 🤣 I booked in for some waxing in the nether regions & was quite worried as not been waxed since before lock down 😬 Well, I had nothing to worry about as we laughed so much that the pain was no where as bad as what I thought it was going to be & the service was again excellent, so thanks again ginger ninja & I'll catch you soon ❤🥂

I have been to the Lotus Rooms on a number of occasions , today I saw Luce for some waxing , she is an excellent beautician and the whole process was relaxing and pain free , lovely young lady and I have booked her again for Monday to have my nails and toes painted . I would highly recommend

I had the most wonderful experience at the salon today! I booked in for a massage, eyelash tint, and eyebrow wax, and every treatment was absolutely perfect. The massage was so relaxing and exactly what I needed — I left feeling completely refreshed and stress-free. My eyelash tint turned out amazing and really made my eyes stand out naturally, and my eyebrow wax was done with such care and precision. Ellie made me feel comfortable from start to finish.
