It was my first time at Boutique and it will not be my last time I had a deluxe body and facial and it was 100% good I went I. With a few aches and pains came out with none the lady who did it was very kind friendly and made me feel very comfortable .

The massage was lovely, but felt like I was cut short of time. My appointment was 10am, I got called in at 10:04, when she took me to the room and told me to get undressed into just my underwear I explained I only had a rope and swimsuit on so won’t take me long. She then came back into the 5 minutes later so treatment started at 10:09. She then finished the massage at 10:52 which was 3 minutes earlier than it should have been, so feel like I’ve lost nearly 15 minutes of treatment. Like I said the message was lovely and very relaxing but felt like I did miss out a little with the time.

I had the most relaxing facial with Katia today. I came out feeling so refreshed and content, the products used were all home made and natural and felt incredible on my skin. I will definitely be booking back in and would love to try even more treatments.

Me and my boyfriend really enjoyed the massages and both masseuses where lovely the spa was nice but I think that the steam room could be cleaned a bit better apart from this all facility’s were great! We will be coming back soon hopefully !

I was really lucky to get a walk-in appointment. CiCi did my hair, and she was amazing. She listened to what I wanted and created a style to suit the in-between phase my hair was in so that it'll grow out well. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Added bonus, they're dog friendly! I'll definitely be going back to Level Hair and Beauty in Ryde again. It's always a little daunting going to a new for the first time, plus a long time; but I can definitely recommend giving Level Hair and Beauty a go. I was very happy! Lovely experience. Very relaxing! Katia was very welcoming and friendly. If you love having your hair played with, having a massage and the feeling of running water you’ll love this! So much tension in my neck was released. The warm eye patch was lovely too
