As always, Emma is amazing at what she does! My first time having Botox so I was SO nervous and she put me at complete ease! She reassured my worries and works quickly and competently which settled my nerves even more so! Also had lip filler done by her which I love! A visit to Emma isn’t just like going to any aesthetician, it’s like going to see a friend! She is honest about what you may or may not need and she is an absolute doll! Sarah is amazing. She is always professional, willing to answer any questions and offer recommendations. She always makes me feel comfortable and produces great results. Highly recommend.

As ever Sarah was great. Being pregnant my skin is a bit all over the place, but a facial with Sarah helps sort it right out! She also talks to me about my skin afterwards, giving me hints and tips to keep it looking fresh.

The treatment can take just a matter of minutes in top hygienic surroundings by professional and qualified staff, once done your on your way with clearer hearing and a steady walk as blocked ears can make you unbalanced when it comes to walking. They have two clinics, one in Brentwood, Essex with the other in Swanley Kent.

Yet another fabulous visit to Black Ivy in Swanley. Emma is just amazing, very friendly and always explains any procedures in great detail. Excellent service and would always highly recommend.

Booked Ear Micro suction and I was able to have an appt the following day which was carried out by Ben. I've just had my 1st treatment with Emma at Black Ivy Swanley. I had filler under some scar tissue which had caused a deep crease on my eyebrow Everything was explained in detail before and during the procedure. Emma's attention to detail was excellent.
