I met Elvira at my consultation appointment and she was so thorough and delicate and guided me through what’s best for my skin type. Fast forward to my micro needling treatment and I am so glad I chose this clinic. My skin feels amazing and I can’t wait for my next appointment. After many disappointing trips to various different hairdressers in SE London, Hermine really took care of my hair today, and I am truly grateful. I have stubborn grey roots that can be challenging to touch up correctly, but she persisted and she checked in with me every step of the way, ensuring that I left the salon feeling happy.
