Ella’s place is so comfy and cosy. She always makes me feel relaxed before microneedling. I added the neck, head and shoulder massage today and honestly it was the best massage I have ever had to the point I almost fell asleep! I whole-heartedly recommend Ella to everyone I know!

Absolute wonderful facial and hot stone massage with Victoria. Wow she is so knowledgeable and honestly was so incredible helpful. Will definitely be returning. Great room so relaxing with food refreshments. First microneedling facial ever and loved it!!!

Dr. Eldimarys Curry-Machado has a wonderful new little facility in Crystal Palace. I was a client of hers for several years in Harley Street and have decided to travel to Crystal Medica instead because her personal dedication to her clients and private facility really make it worth the trip. The centre provides several cosmetic and beauty options including hydro facial, CO2 laser, radiofrequency, micro needling, botox, PRP, wrinkle treatments, threading, peels, IV drips, and so much more. Where do I begin. The environment, the professionalism, the results. Yasmin is incredibly knowledgeable takes good care and everytime offers an incredible treatment. I have had the Dermaplane/Microneedling facial and deep tissue massage and I came out brand new with incredible results in my skin and enhanced my performance when training after the release of muscles I didn’t even know where right haha! The whole experience was excellent. The clinic is clean and fresh and strangely quiet for being in the middle of Croydon town centre. Very calming. Natalia was great. She took such care with everything and was very kind and pleasant. She carried out electrolysis with great care and skill. I was very pleased.

Always made to feel so welcome but I must say it was extremely hot inside. There was a couple of fans but these were so small and of little use to keep the clients & more the girls cool. Very disappointing that there is no air con in the salon. Also the flooring felt unsafe in some areas as it had lifted and I nearly caught my foot on a lifted floorboard. Was told that there had been a leak but this should have been addressed by now. A bit disappointing but the girls are always smiling & very professional , even if they are finding it hard to work in this heat. Well done girls

I had such a bad skin ,lots of acne signs and dark patches here and there.Now my skin after the microneedling is shining and look so smooth and clean.And i still have 2 more sessions. Zornitsa is always so professional, careful. She suggested me this for my face skin and couldn't be wrong 🥰🥰😇 All the treatment is wow.

I had a great experience so far at Laserlite Clinic in Croydon. What was meant to be a consultation, has turned into a full blown treatment session. 😅😅 I went for the cold laser as having some stubborn milia on my face and so far so good. A numbing cream was applied beforehand, but it was still painful on occasion. Franca was just lovely and made sure I was ok before moving on to the next one. I would definitely recommend this clinic. Thank you
