I was really sceptical about trying microneedling because I'd heard some horror stories, but Andreea completely changed my perception. She took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions and made me feel completely at ease. The treatment was surprisingly comfortable, and the whole experience was so much better than I expected. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Andreea to anyone considering microneedling.

My first session with microneedling - Preeya was patient and answered all the questions prior to starting the treatment, at each stage she explained what she is about to do, checked in with me how I am feeling and the coooling balls at the end was very relaxing! Immediately after the session my skin looked cleaner and tighter. Looking forward to my next few sessions with Preeya :)

I cannot recommend Neelam enough! I recently completed a series of 6 treatments combining Hydrafacials and microneedling - the results are stunning. My skin has completely transformed. The texture is so much smoother the scarring and unevenness have visibly cleared up. The glow is undeniable! I don't have to wear nearly as much foundation anymore to feel confident in my skin too. Neelam was professional and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Thank you so much for your incredible expertise, care, and attention during every single session. I have been coming to Andreea for my face massage for a year now and, my skin feels hydrated and snatched after every session and I’ve seen an amazing improvement, it also helps to release tension on my shoulders and I’m able to fully relax. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

This was a walk in appointment for roots retouch. Mona was not there but Sonal really looked after me. She is very good. The staff at the salon are well trained and they are very warm and welcoming.

I had my first microneedling facial combined with a head massage - I was quite nervous and hesitant to try microneedling, but I’m so glad I went ahead with it. Preeya was amazing—really gentle and reassuring. I’m so happy with the results! My skin feels so much smoother and has a lovely glow. Can’t wait to see the long-term benefits after a few more sessions. Perfect pampering session!
