My first microneedling session with Preeya - She as patient with answering all the questions before starting the treatment, kept me informed throughtout the process what she was doing and checking in with me how I am feeling and really enjoyed the cooling balls as the final touch. Had the best facial with Char at her Beauty Lab. She’s so welcoming and makes you feel comfortable right away. She explained everything, checked in the whole time, and my skin felt amazing when I left — super glowy and refreshed. The space is really clean and relaxing, and you can tell she genuinely cares about what she does. Already looking forward to my next appointment.
