Alice was extremely good. I think she is the best beautician I have ever met here in London for hair removal. She was very gentle and understood very well my concerns (c-section scar). Thank you Alice, I will certainly come back to see you again :-)

I had a wonderful facial experience! My skin felt cleansed, hydrated, and my acne was noticeably less inflamed afterward. The treatment was relaxing, and Elle was professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her services and will definitely be coming back the next time I’m in London.

Sam is such a skilled therapist I had massage from her once in Jan and had to come back again. I was suffering from migraine on the day due to heat and she done such a fabulous head massage. I have had many massages in london and abroad on holidays and must say I've never had one as good as this one. Thanks very much Sam.

Look no further because Dr. Victoria is the best practitioner for cosmetic injection in London and beyond! She is exceptionally knowledgeable, honest (will never recommend a treatment that is not needed), and a wonderful human being. Highly, highly recommended!!!

Had my 2nd Japanese spa treatment with Kelly today. All I can say is WOW! As a person with Afro hair that is delicate and easily tangled, Kelly would be the most gentle and skilled person that has ever handled my hair. I am really pleased to have discovered and visit this salon, despite my 1.5hour travel from outside London albeit well worth it! With their professionalism and impeccable service, I’d consider the salon a hidden gem on the High Street. I’m definitely going to book my third visit shortly.

Wonderful. It’s like an oasis of calm in London. I’m having a series of 90 minute sessions. Helena put together a bespoke package for me and my skin has never looked better. It’s reduced in redness and is smooth hydrated and clear. Better still, it stays like this between sessions.

I met Elvira at my consultation appointment and she was so thorough and delicate and guided me through what’s best for my skin type. Fast forward to my micro needling treatment and I am so glad I chose this clinic. My skin feels amazing and I can’t wait for my next appointment. Elvira is also great at providing after care suggestions and tips. Really happy with the results :)

Siân was so knowledgeable and welcoming, making my first ever Deep Phyto Peel a breeze! - yes, I went all in! She explained everything clearly and ensured I was comfortable throughout. The heated bed was an unexpected treat—I think I even dozed off a few times! The space was spotless, beautifully scented, and wonderfully cosy against the miserable London weather. I can only recommend Elle and her hydro/micro needling facial. She was very lovely, throughout the entire time paid attention to what my skin needed and explained to me all the steps.
