Nisha was very kind and respectful. However, my appointment was scheduled for an hour, but the entire session took about 45 minutes. I waited a long time for the numbing cream to take effect and the microneedling treatment seemed really short. I expected the treatment itself to take longer, especially since it was for my entire face. I felt like the device didn't move around my face enough, which made me wonder if the treatment was done enough. I paid for the full 6 sessions at once, so I was a little disappointed and would appreciate a little more explanation. Regards, S.D

Elouise is great! Recently found her studio since moving to north London, reasonably priced and lasts 8 weeks for my lash lift and could have gone a few more weeks longer. Lasted really well and no re growth or damage to my lashes

Highly recommend a facial with Elouise! I had the Microneedling + Exosomes treatment and I’m honestly so impressed with the results. My skin has never looked or felt better. It’s glowing, smoother and so much more refreshed. Elouise was amazing throughout and made the whole experience so comfortable. I’ll definitely be going back!

The results were amazing! I trusted Lily, and she completely transformed my nose. I genuinely thought it was unfixable, but she made it look so much better than I ever imagined.
