My first session with microneedling - Preeya was patient and answered all the questions prior to starting the treatment, at each stage she explained what she is about to do, checked in with me how I am feeling and the coooling balls at the end was very relaxing! Immediately after the session my skin looked cleaner and tighter. Looking forward to my next few sessions with Preeya :)

I just had my second Hydrafacial and microneedling session, and it was such a great experience. Neelam made me feel completely relaxed, especially with the soothing massage, and kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable the entire time. It was my first time getting waxed and Vee was so professional, kind and talked me through the process. She was happy to go at my pace and made me feel at ease. I had my first microneedling facial combined with a head massage - I was quite nervous and hesitant to try microneedling, but I’m so glad I went ahead with it. Preeya was amazing—really gentle and reassuring. I’m so happy with the results! My skin feels so much smoother and has a lovely glow.
