Tremendous! Absolutely brilliant deep tissue sports massage. I went in with really tight muscles and a lot of tension from training, and I came out feeling so much looser with a noticeable improvement in my mobility. The therapist was professional, knowledgeable, and targeted all the problem areas without rushing the session. It was exactly the right level of pressure and I could feel the difference straight away. Highly recommend to anyone who trains regularly or struggles with muscle tightness. I’ll definitely be booking again.

I had the most amazing assisted stretch session today and can’t recommend it enough! My stretch therapist Tanya took the time to understand my specific needs and areas of tightness, which made me feel like i was in great hands!! The session itself was incredible, gentle yet effective. I could feel tension being released that I didn’t know I had. By the end, my body felt looser, lighter, and more mobile. It’s the kind of relief you just can’t achieve on your own. Hands down one of the best forms of self-care I’ve done in a while, and I’ll definitely be coming back regularly. I highly recommend

Had a sport therapy massage, which was nice and deep and left my tense body much more relaxed. Happy that he listened and focused on my shoulders and I feel so much relief from the tension and stiffness I had before. He was very knowledgeable too. I've been seeing Violet for a couple of months now and have had six sessions so far. I noticed a huge shift after my very first session, both physically and emotionally. I have a lot of fascial restrictions, andI've experienced such consistent and ongoing release. Each session seems to build on the last, and I'm continuing to see positive changes in my body and overall wellbeing. She is highly skilled, professional, and creates a safe, supportive environment. Two months gap since visiting and in between was independently on a strengthening programme advised by the physio to overcome an injury. So I have been quite intense at the gym over that period. Tatiana's session server as much needed and wonderful reset. Body felt way lighter after and relaxed after the session, ready to resume training

This was my third colonic cleanse but my first session with Clair, she was absolutely amazing, she was clear about the process and professional. I had my first emsculpt neo treatment at the body edit and had a fantastic experience the therapist was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the treatment and what to expect results wise. Really great experience with Paul today. He was professional, knowledgeable and took the time to properly understand my injury. What I liked most is that he’s a proper physio who genuinely understands the body and actually treats the area properly rather than rushing through the appointment.
