Alex is fantastic! After 6 months of skin trouble, many products and fruitless dermatologist appointments, I was skeptical that anyone could help. Alex impressed me immediately with his knowledge and advice, and even discouraged me from booking treatment with him until my skin was balanced again (unlike some of the other derms I visited…). He was quite thorough and patient with all of my questions. My skin is now back on track and set to be better than ever with his help. Can’t wait to sort my schedule so I can book my facial!

Excelente experiencia en esta consulta de dermatología. Ofrecen servicio en español e inglés, lo cual hace todo más cómodo. El lugar es muy acogedor y el ambiente transmite tranquilidad desde que entras. El personal es muy profesional, amable y atento. My experience today was fantastic! All members of staff were very professional, welcoming, communication was excellent also coordination of treatment was not pushy,. The prices are a little high but then I Ican help myself with the friend referral ,perhaps, being disabled, and a pensioner. 11 out of 10 for Mousa. I highly recommend this clinic. Their customer service is second to none. The product quality is consistently outstanding, I had today my second session of Fraxel with DR Rolla, who is a wonderful dermatologist and very friendly. I want to thank her for her good care and concern… Her manner put me at ease and helped me gain confidence. Because of her am doing very well. She is a truly remarkable doctor and professional that I respect and trust. Don't hesitate to contact this clinic they have a lot of services to offer at a good price.

I was so pleased to discover Dima Beautiful after a friend's recommendation. It's a lovely salon, with such nice and welcoming staff. I had a pedi and mani, both of which were delivered with real care and attention - please open a branch in Birmingham so that I can become a regular! If not, I'll be back when I'm next in London.

The customer service was really friendly overall and I left my massage feeling free from tension.

Both the dermatologist and the nurse took the time to carefully examine my skin concern using a dermatoscope and provided clear explanations about the diagnosis. I appreciated that they gave me two opinions, which really helped ease my anxiety. The clinic was clean, organized, and the staff made me feel comfortable and cared for the entire time, they answered all questions and made me feel at ease, thank you once again! My hair was washed thoroughly with care from a hair care specialist with great customer service. The atmosphere is welcoming, cosy and has a sense of tranquility. Last but not least, the aloe vera and steam is amazing.
