Would recommend Ruby all day long. I’m petrified of needles yet Ruby always makes me feel super at ease and is incredibly gentle. We achieved my dream shape as she gave a great consolation before hand. I’ll never go else where other than XOXO studios.

I had the luxury facial with microneedling and it was completely pain-free and deeply relaxing. The aesthetician was professional, welcoming, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the treatment. The clinic environment was clean, calm, and beautifully maintained. Although this was my first microneedling experience, I’m not new to facials, and I can honestly rate this experience a 10/10. I’ll definitely be returning x

Scalp microneedling with Ruby has changed my life! I’ve seen such amazing results and my confidence has improved enormously. I’ve tried dozens of ways to help fix my fine hair and thinning patches but nothing has worked as well as the microneedling. I get compliments on my new hair growth all the time. My son had his first acne microneedling session today with Aneta, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Aneta was professional, gentle, and very reassuring — she explained every step so my son felt comfortable and at ease. The procedure was quick, clean, and far less uncomfortable than he expected.Afterwards, his skin was a little red (just as Aneta explained would happen), and she gave us clear aftercare instructions to follow. It’s too early to see results yet, and we’re looking forward to continuing treatment with her — highly recommend!

Great experience. I'm new to microneedling and Dagmara has always been gentle and effective with her treatments. She is also a diligent aesthetician - she rescheduled my appointment where my skin was too dry for the treatment and sends me home with a small sample for aftercare. I see results already and received many compliments on my skin.

Amazing from start to finish! I was a tad nervous but my mind was immediately put to rest. Loved the treatment of micro needling despite being a little nervous of needles. 10/10 service with a smile, which makes all the difference.
