I had my first microneedling treatment and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Nadia was incredibly welcoming, professional, and reassuring throughout the entire appointment. She explained everything clearly, made sure I understood the process, and answered all of my questions, which really helped put me at ease. A special mention also to Mohammed on reception (I believe that was his name), who was friendly, polite, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The whole experience was smooth, comfortable, and professional. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

I met Elvira at my consultation appointment and she was so thorough and delicate and guided me through what’s best for my skin type. I had numbing gel put on my face for about 15 minutes and then barely felt the microneedling. It was quite relaxing actually. Only stung a bit when we had to go a bit deeper on the deeper scars. Looking forward to seeing the results.

Elvira has been amazing. I’ve had several treatments with her, including a chemical peel, microneedling, and eyebrow shaping, and every experience has been exceptional. She always provides thorough aftercare instructions as well as personalised skincare advice.
