WoW! I met Louisa for the first time Thursday 9th April for a skin pen treatment and I have to say from walking in she made me feel welcome, safe and talked through the treatment procedure and how to do aftercare. Louisa puts numbing cream on first but I felt comfortable all the way through. I have always looked after my skin but since going through perimenopause I have seen a huge drop in collagen, elasticity so at the age of 54, I know that not only to taking supplements for the inside body I have to apply collagen to the outside skin. The skin pen treatment is the way to go from now on.

Very welcoming and pleasant environment to have a much needed facial treatment. Jill gave a lot of advice so that I could make an informed decision on which course’s of treatment I wanted to have. This was my first visit with Lisa and wow I wasn’t disappointed. I had the micro needling facial and a lovely head massage at the end. Lisa makes you feel at ease and my skin feels 10/10. Definitely booking in on a regular basis.

I see Carley every month for my combined dermaplan and microneedling treatments, and I couldn’t be happier. She is so professional, always takes the time to explain everything, and really helps me understand what my skin needs. The dermaplaning leaves my skin instantly smooth, glowing, and free of dead skin and peach fuzz — my makeup applies so much better afterwards. The microneedling sounds intimidating, but Carley makes it comfortable and straightforward, with minimal downtime. Over time, my skin has improved so much: it’s smoother, brighter, and my pores and fine lines look much better.
