I had the luxury facial with microneedling and it was completely pain-free and deeply relaxing. The aesthetician was professional, welcoming, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the treatment. The clinic environment was clean, calm, and beautifully maintained. Although this was my first microneedling experience, I’m not new to facials, and I can honestly rate this experience a 10/10. I’ll definitely be returning x

Ella’s place is so comfy and cosy. She always makes me feel relaxed before microneedling. I added the neck, head and shoulder massage today and honestly it was the best massage I have ever had to the point I almost fell asleep! I whole-heartedly recommend Ella to everyone I know!

Scalp microneedling with Ruby has changed my life! I’ve seen such amazing results and my confidence has improved enormously. I was a client of hers for several years in Harley Street and have decided to travel to Crystal Medica instead because her personal dedication to her clients and private facility really make it worth the trip. Marie was great! She suggested the best option which can solve my issue. Although she does not provide the treatment suitable to solve my concern she gave me advice where to go and seek assistance next. I decided to try micro-needling for the first time and looking forward to see the effects. Although my issue needs a different treatment for dramatic effect, i tried microneedling as an experience with Marie. So far, so good:) I would recommend her!

Amazing from start to finish! I was a tad nervous but my mind was immediately put to rest. Loved the treatment of micro needling despite being a little nervous of needles. 10/10 service with a smile, which makes all the difference. This is my second time having dermaplaning and micro needling with Natalie. The treatment and results are great but it’s also all the other little things that Natalie does which truly makes it a non-negotiable. The cooling face mask, the ice globes and the hand massage are so relaxing and luxurious. I step out feeling like a new woman aesthetically and mentally! She is obviously knowledgeable and passionate, explaining why she is doing everything. Would again recommend and return!

My son had his first acne microneedling session today with Aneta, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Aneta was professional, gentle, and very reassuring — she explained every step so my son felt comfortable and at ease. The procedure was quick, clean, and far less uncomfortable than he expected.Afterwards, his skin was a little red (just as Aneta explained would happen), and she gave us clear aftercare instructions to follow. It’s too early to see results yet, and we’re looking forward to continuing treatment with her — highly recommend!

After having a bad experience with a lash lift somewhere else, I was honestly quite nervous about trying again. Ruby completely changed that. She took the time to explain every step of the Korean lash lift, talked me through what she was doing, and made me feel so comfortable from start to finish. She was so gentle, never rushed, and you can tell she genuinely cares about getting the best results. My lashes have turned out even better than I imagined they are beautifully lifted, look so natural, and I haven’t stopped looking at them since! Thank you, Ruby, for restoring my faith in lash lift❤

Great experience. I'm new to microneedling and Dagmara has always been gentle and effective with her treatments. She is also a diligent aesthetician - she rescheduled my appointment where my skin was too dry for the treatment and sends me home with a small sample for aftercare. I see results already and received many compliments on my skin.
