I had the luxury facial with microneedling and it was completely pain-free and deeply relaxing. The aesthetician was professional, welcoming, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the treatment. The clinic environment was clean, calm, and beautifully maintained. Although this was my first microneedling experience, I’m not new to facials, and I can honestly rate this experience a 10/10. I’ll definitely be returning x

I was a bit nervous but Tegan was lovely, talked me through the process, ensure it’s safe and sound, less pain than i imagined. I had my micro- needling, skin booster done. Best part is i could see the difference as i walked out in the sunlight. We had a lovely chat, Tegan made me feel super comfortable, booked for second session on top. It is amazing before and after results❤️

WoW! I met Louisa for the first time Thursday 9th April for a skin pen treatment and I have to say from walking in she made me feel welcome, safe and talked through the treatment procedure and how to do aftercare. Louisa puts numbing cream on first but I felt comfortable all the way through. I have always looked after my skin but since going through perimenopause I have seen a huge drop in collagen, elasticity so at the age of 54, I know that not only to taking supplements for the inside body I have to apply collagen to the outside skin. The skin pen treatment is the way to go from now on.

Scalp microneedling with Ruby has changed my life! I’ve seen such amazing results and my confidence has improved enormously. I’ve tried dozens of ways to help fix my fine hair and thinning patches but nothing has worked as well as the microneedling. I get compliments on my new hair growth all the time. Very welcoming and pleasant environment to have a much needed facial treatment. Jill gave a lot of advice so that I could make an informed decision on which course’s of treatment I wanted to have. So nice to be so well looked after with Alice, felt amazing when I came out. All set up for my holidays in Jersey tomorrow. It all helped to ease my pain down my right side, after my hip operation. As still painful down from my knee to my ankle, so the pedicure & messages really helped. Such nice smelling peppermint cream, afterward, all booked in for my next visit, on my return home in September.
