My first microneedling session with Preeya - She as patient with answering all the questions before starting the treatment, kept me informed throughtout the process what she was doing and checking in with me how I am feeling and really enjoyed the cooling balls as the final touch. I was happy to see my face clean and bright straight after the session finished. Looking forward to me next few sessions with Preeya :)

I cannot recommend Neelam enough! I recently completed a series of 6 treatments combining Hydrafacials and microneedling - the results are stunning. My skin has completely transformed. The texture is so much smoother the scarring and unevenness have visibly cleared up. The glow is undeniable! I don't have to wear nearly as much foundation anymore to feel confident in my skin too. I had such a wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel so welcome and comfortable. She was incredibly kind, professional, and took her time to make sure every step of the treatment was done perfectly. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to provide the best possible service. Nothing felt rushed, and the attention to detail was amazing.
