I had a physiotherapy consultation and treatment for my neck with Shahana, and I was really impressed. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough in her assessment. She explained the cause of my neck pain clearly and provided effective hands-on treatment along with helpful exercises and posture advice. I felt listened to throughout the session, and there was noticeable relief afterwards. Met with the physio who assessed my condition and came up with a treatment plan for me. The physio was very professional, clearly explained everything and made sure I understood the whole process. Looking forward to starting my treatment and on my way to recovery.

Two months gap since visiting and in between was independently on a strengthening programme advised by the physio to overcome an injury. So I have been quite intense at the gym over that period. Tatiana's session server as much needed and wonderful reset. Body felt way lighter after and relaxed after the session, ready to resume training

Really great experience with Paul today. He was professional, knowledgeable and took the time to properly understand my injury. What I liked most is that he’s a proper physio who genuinely understands the body and actually treats the area properly rather than rushing through the appointment. He explained everything clearly, made me feel comfortable and gave really helpful advice. I left feeling much more confident about my recovery and would highly recommend him.😊

I came here a few months ago to do my lips. I was so happy with the results that I decided to do a bunch of other treatments. For me this is the best aesthetic practitioner in London! Naz is very attentive, gives great recommendations and has a great eye. I had beautiful results and minimal to no pain during procedures, even in the most sensitive areas like under eyes or lips or neck.

Kevin is incredible! I've been doing physical therapy and fascia massages for almost 2 years with no real resolve. After my first session with Kevin I was able to get back to the gym and lifting! His ability to diagnose and treat is unmatched! Also super nice guy so it's always a great appointment!
