Alice was extremely good. I think she is the best beautician I have ever met here in London for hair removal. She was very gentle and understood very well my concerns (c-section scar). Thank you Alice, I will certainly come back to see you again :-)

I had a wonderful facial experience! My skin felt cleansed, hydrated, and my acne was noticeably less inflamed afterward. The treatment was relaxing, and Elle was professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her services and will definitely be coming back the next time I’m in London.

Didi is the best facialist in London. I have facials monthly and always try new therapists but keep coming back to Didi. She helps me completely switch off. I have adhd and I find it hard to relax but Didi instantly does this. Her pressure is amazing and she's constantly giving 100%. I feel great. Thanks Didi xx

Really great first micro needling session, can’t wait to see the results. The procedure was comfortable and pain free, and Dr Olivia is really lovely and easy to to talk to. She had already given me some great skin care recommendations prior to the session which I am loving and am already seeing results from.Looking forward to my next session.

Sam is such a skilled therapist I had massage from her once in Jan and had to come back again. I was suffering from migraine on the day due to heat and she done such a fabulous head massage. I have had many massages in london and abroad on holidays and must say I've never had one as good as this one. Thanks very much Sam.

Had my 2nd Japanese spa treatment with Kelly today. All I can say is WOW! As a person with Afro hair that is delicate and easily tangled, Kelly would be the most gentle and skilled person that has ever handled my hair. I am really pleased to have discovered and visit this salon, despite my 1.5hour travel from outside London albeit well worth it! With their professionalism and impeccable service, I’d consider the salon a hidden gem on the High Street. I’m definitely going to book my third visit shortly.

This is not the first time visiting Holly and it won’t be the last. My entire system and body softens as soon as I step into her therapy room. I always feel completely held and looked after. Her facials are more than a facial, with acupuncture, a sound bath, peels, massages and plenty more. It’s what everyone needs! My face looks so glowing after my micro needling! Wonderful. It’s like an oasis of calm in London. I’m having a series of 90 minute sessions. Helena put together a bespoke package for me and my skin has never looked better. It’s reduced in redness and is smooth hydrated and clear. Better still, it stays like this between sessions.

Siân was so knowledgeable and welcoming, making my first ever Deep Phyto Peel a breeze! - yes, I went all in! She explained everything clearly and ensured I was comfortable throughout. The heated bed was an unexpected treat—I think I even dozed off a few times! The space was spotless, beautifully scented, and wonderfully cosy against the miserable London weather. I’m excited to see my results and start using my new products. I’ve already booked my follow-up Bespoke Facial. Highly recommend—Siân is amazing

I can only recommend Elle and her hydro/micro needling facial. She was very lovely, throughout the entire time paid attention to what my skin needed and explained to me all the steps.
