Would recommend Ruby all day long. I’m petrified of needles yet Ruby always makes me feel super at ease and is incredibly gentle. We achieved my dream shape as she gave a great consolation before hand. I’ll never go else where other than XOXO studios.

I had the luxury facial with microneedling and it was completely pain-free and deeply relaxing. The aesthetician was professional, welcoming, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the treatment. The clinic environment was clean, calm, and beautifully maintained. Although this was my first microneedling experience, I’m not new to facials, and I can honestly rate this experience a 10/10. I’ll definitely be returning x

This was my first ever spray tan and wax and my first visit to Rosie’s retreat and I couldn’t have wished for a nicer person and experience. Rosie was so gentle and friendly and put me at easy straight away. Sooo happy with both results and highly recommend

Great from start too finish I'm not the best with needles I was made to feel comfortable right from the very beginning and left happy I can't recommend enough and would definitely come back for more treatments

Scalp microneedling with Ruby has changed my life! I’ve seen such amazing results and my confidence has improved enormously. I’ve tried dozens of ways to help fix my fine hair and thinning patches but nothing has worked as well as the microneedling. I get compliments on my new hair growth all the time. After having a bad experience with a lash lift somewhere else, I was honestly quite nervous about trying again. Ruby completely changed that. She took the time to explain every step of the Korean lash lift, talked me through what she was doing, and made me feel so comfortable from start to finish. She was so gentle, never rushed, and you can tell she genuinely cares about getting the best results. My lashes have turned out even better than I imagined they are beautifully lifted, look so natural, and I haven’t stopped looking at them since! Thank you, Ruby, for restoring my faith in lash lift❤
