Alice was extremely good. I think she is the best beautician I have ever met here in London for hair removal. She was very gentle and understood very well my concerns (c-section scar). Thank you Alice, I will certainly come back to see you again :-)

I had a wonderful facial experience! My skin felt cleansed, hydrated, and my acne was noticeably less inflamed afterward. The treatment was relaxing, and Elle was professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her services and will definitely be coming back the next time I’m in London.

Didi is the best facialist in London. I have facials monthly and always try new therapists but keep coming back to Didi. She helps me completely switch off. I have adhd and I find it hard to relax but Didi instantly does this. Her pressure is amazing and she's constantly giving 100%. I feel great. Thanks Didi xx

I’ve had both microneedling and Botox with Anita, and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face. She’s so knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about getting the best results. After just one microneedling session, my skin felt smoother and looked more radiant and my second session already feels like it’s going to be a game changer!

Really great first micro needling session, can’t wait to see the results. The procedure was comfortable and pain free, and Dr Olivia is really lovely and easy to to talk to. Sam is such a skilled therapist I had massage from her once in Jan and had to come back again. I was suffering from migraine on the day due to heat and she done such a fabulous head massage. I have had many massages in london and abroad on holidays and must say I've never had one as good as this one. Thanks very much Sam.

Had my 2nd Japanese spa treatment with Kelly today. All I can say is WOW! As a person with Afro hair that is delicate and easily tangled, Kelly would be the most gentle and skilled person that has ever handled my hair. I am really pleased to have discovered and visit this salon, despite my 1.5hour travel from outside London albeit well worth it! With their professionalism and impeccable service, I’d consider the salon a hidden gem on the High Street. I’m definitely going to book my third visit shortly.

Wonderful. It’s like an oasis of calm in London. I’m having a series of 90 minute sessions. Helena put together a bespoke package for me and my skin has never looked better. It’s reduced in redness and is smooth hydrated and clear. Better still, it stays like this between sessions.

I can only recommend Elle and her hydro/micro needling facial. She was very lovely, throughout the entire time paid attention to what my skin needed and explained to me all the steps. I really enjoyed the treatment. I was looking for something similar in London for a long time. My scalp feels great and it also felt really relaxing, with eye mask, gentle head massage and exfoliation. I really recomment it to anyone.
