I had the luxury facial with microneedling and it was completely pain-free and deeply relaxing. The aesthetician was professional, welcoming, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the treatment. The clinic environment was clean, calm, and beautifully maintained. Although this was my first microneedling experience, I’m not new to facials, and I can honestly rate this experience a 10/10. I’ll definitely be returning x

Scalp microneedling with Ruby has changed my life! I’ve seen such amazing results and my confidence has improved enormously. My son had his first acne microneedling session today with Aneta, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Aneta was professional, gentle, and very reassuring — she explained every step so my son felt comfortable and at ease. The procedure was quick, clean, and far less uncomfortable than he expected.Afterwards, his skin was a little red (just as Aneta explained would happen), and she gave us clear aftercare instructions to follow. It’s too early to see results yet, and we’re looking forward to continuing treatment with her — highly recommend!

Amazing from start to finish! I was a tad nervous but my mind was immediately put to rest. Loved the treatment of micro needling despite being a little nervous of needles. 10/10 service with a smile, which makes all the difference. I had such a good time at my appointment with Victoria today! ❤️ I had both a mani and a pedi and, let me tell you, this was the BEST manicure and pedicure I ever had in London, since I have moved here almost 6 years ago. Victoria is not only very professional, careful and attentive, but she also has a great personality and makes you feel very comfortable and at ease. Jale is nothing short of a miracle worker - she makes my skin clear and my eyebrows sharp! After having a bad experience with a lash lift somewhere else, I was honestly quite nervous about trying again. Ruby completely changed that. She took the time to explain every step of the Korean lash lift, talked me through what she was doing, and made me feel so comfortable from start to finish. She was so gentle, never rushed, and you can tell she genuinely cares about getting the best results. My lashes have turned out even better than I imagined they are beautifully lifted, look so natural, and I haven’t stopped looking at them since! Thank you, Ruby, for restoring my faith in lash lift❤
