Ambar is absolutely amazing! She is professional, attentive, and very receptive to requests. Her pressure was perfect, and she was incredibly accommodating to ensure the massage was exactly what I needed. She is also very easy to talk to, making the entire experience relaxing and comfortable. My husband, who is very particular about massages, finally said he found someone who was good. My massage with Ambar was just as wonderful. Her pressure was perfect, her technique was calming and effective, and I left feeling super relaxed. I would 100% recommend Ambar!! Book with her!

What a fantastic and relaxing experience with Veejay. He was prompt and had excellent communication. He took the time to discuss the treatments available and to understand my preferences. The massage itself was wonderful, leaving me relaxed and rejuvenated. It never felt rushed or that the was clock-watching. Overall one of the best massages I have had in Cape Town. I can definitely recommend.

What a wonderful therapist. Maddie has a lovely, calm demeanour and put me at ease as soon as I arrived for my massage. There were a number of different oils to choose from depending on whether I wanted to be relaxed or more uplifted. Maddie checked the pressure was ok & was able to tailor the massage to exactly what I wanted. I had an hour long treatment which was absolutely perfect to relax and unwind. The Dutch Barn is a lovely setting, her therapy room is very calming and smells great. Would absolutely recommend visiting if you are in need of a pampering or relaxing hour of just you time.

I had such a relaxing massage with Kii. She has incredibly firm, skilled hands and gave one of the best lymphatic facial massages I’ve ever had. It was so soothing that I kept drifting off to sleep throughout the treatment, which almost never happens to me! She was gentle, professional, and made the whole experience feel so calming. The best lymphatic massage I've ever had! I've had so many massages over the years, but this was by far the most relaxing experience I've ever had. It was actually the first time I've ever fallen asleep during a massage! Talia is so professional, caring and understanding, and she made me feel completely at ease from start to finish. The before and after photos were incredible, I could genuinely see a noticeable difference in my stomach. I left feeling so relaxed, refreshed and light. Me and my mum absolutely loved the Mother’s Day yoga class with lydia, it was so relaxing and we both felt amazing afterwards. Lydia is the best yoga instructor! My mum also had a massage after with Sophie which was wonderful, she felt so comfortable and relaxed. Would 100% recommend wellnest to everyone for either yoga classes or massages!

Paige gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had. She used techniques I had never experienced before, and they made the entire session feel incredibly unique and intentional. From the first touch, I felt deeply relaxed, and by the end I was in a state lile flowing. It was, without a doubt, the most relaxing massage I’ve ever received. Paige is truly gifted, and I can’t recommend her enough.

Claire was amazing - it was exactly what my nervous system needed. Typically I go for super hard 60 minute massages; but today was firm, relaxing and what I needed. The massage was comforting and put me into a very relaxed state before a facial and the scalp service. I loved the smell and feel of the peppermint shampoo so much I purchased a bottle on my way out! If your body is asking for a break treat yourself and let yourself enjoy the calm & being taken care of for a few hours 🩵

I had the most amazing massage with Brooke at BT Beauty today, and I honestly couldn’t recommend it highly enough! From start to finish, the experience was so relaxing and exactly what I needed. The salon itself is stunning, super clean, and smelt amazing. Looking out the window over the marina, it honestly felt like I was on a tropical island. Brooke was fantastic — she applied the perfect amount of pressure, I could literally feel the tension melting away. I left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed and like I was floating! I’ve never been to a spa or had a treatment so this was a revelation. The most relaxing thing I’ve ever done. Massage was perfect, and being on my back meant fully relaxed neck. I don’t really understand all the face and hair stuff but the process was incredibly slow and unwinding. Highly recommended if you want to unwind and get a hair wash or 3 included.

I usually have regular massages at a salon, but I came across YourSource through a flyer that immediately caught my eye - it looked so tranquil and inviting so decided to book in, best decision I made! Jos is so warm and friendly, and instantly made me feel at ease. The room was instantly transformed into a peaceful space, and the 60-minute Source Flow Massage was incredible—perfect pressure and completely relaxing. I also loved being able to stay in that relaxed state at home afterwards. I’m totally converted to home massages now and have already rebooked. Jos is amazing—highly recommend!

Great Lymphatic Massage with Jodie. My second one and within 48hrs felt lighter & brighter energy wise and a visible reduction in puffy ankles so will continue with these massages. Just so glad to find a massage that feels like it’s getting my system moving and getting rid of stuck lymph and cleansing my system. Felt tired yet relaxed but kept hydrated and very pleased with the result.

Had such a good prenatal massage with Siti! The pressure was honestly amazing. I’ve had prenatal massages before where therapists are understandably so cautious that it can feel more like having oil rubbed on you than an actual massage but Siti gave me a proper massage while still making sure I was comfortable throughout. She came completely prepared with everything, including her own music and a pregnancy pillow, which was such a nice touch and meant I didn’t have to organise anything myself. I felt SO relaxed afterwards and would definitely book with Siti again. Highly recommend her
