I recently enjoyed a wonderfully relaxing massage here. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing with a beautifully presented room that smelt divine. Louise was professional and attentive, creating a soothing experience from start to finish. I felt very comfortable throughout and I left feeling completely relaxed. I was also delighted to receive a thoughtful mini bath salt bag as a thank-you gift, along with a loyalty card that I’ll certainly be filling up. I’m already looking forward to my next visit — a truly lovely experience that I would highly recommend!

🌿 The Sanctuary @ Sass Studio Had a lovely, quiet Monday full body massage and it was just what I needed after a tough Pilates session. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming and lovely to meet Shelly. The massage was gentle and relaxing.Slept like a log Monday night 😊 Highly recommend if you’re looking for a nice relaxing massage.

Absolutely one of the best massages I’ve ever had today. My shoulders and neck were very tense but by the end felt completely light and relaxed, like all the knots had melted away. Kara tailored the massage perfectly combining it with hot stones. My facial and head massage was unlike anything I’ve experienced. So soothing and knot releasing The oils products smelled divine . I highly recommend Kara to anyone who is looking for a truly exceptional massage experience . Kara is warm,kind,professional and made me feel completely comfortable throughout. I walked out feeling refreshed and renewed.

Jordan’s work is brilliant and a really friendly guy, easy to relate and talk to. Advice was sound and will help me keep correct form and n order to manage and correct some minor issues that caused major symptoms. Deep tissue massage for focused pain was the best I’ve ever experienced.

Brilliant time with Jordan. My first ever massage and cupping session. Really welcoming and answered lots of questions from myself with great knowledge. I had quite a few issues with my shoulders, lower back, and glutes. Jordan’s worked his magic and sorted me right out. Appreciate the work you do mate. May I also add I had 45 mins done for a brilliant price, very affordable. Would 100% recommend for anyone looking for a first time massage or a reoccurring massage. :)

Jordan is a brilliant personal trainer who I've been working with for about 14 months. He's patient, encouraging and professional (with some friendly banter) and the hard work pays off as I feel fitter, stronger, lighter and more confident than ever. He also provides an amazing sports massage service which I regularly use to help with muscle tension, soreness and stiffness. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jordan to anyone 😊
