I am always excited to have my hair appointments with Clare and to share my ideas on what I’d like to achieve. I never question the results because the brief is always delivered and I feel so well taken care of. The salon is an inclusive and safe space where I can unwind and leave feeling so much better than I started.

Excellent professional knowledge delivered in a way that instantly makes you feel at ease. All work is completed with an explanation of what she is doing and why and also provides follow up exercises to continue to address problem areas. Small business with a highly personable approach. Great treatment! I'm a Sports Therapist myself so am quite critical! Heidi gave a thorough assessment followed by a brilliant sports massage then provided rehab / strengthening exercises.

Great service, talked through the process and what areas needed targeting and how to go About resolving the issues. More than just a sports massage it was understanding your own body mechanics and how and why things happen, also given exercises to work on the areas that need more work. Thank you

Very peaceful and relaxing. Anastasia is an excellent reflexologist. She can pinpoint areas that need attention as well as giving a very soothing and relaxing experience. I highly recommend her.

So lovely to have a massage by someone who understands my sport and hence issues which can occur from that sport. Explained everything very clearly and didn’t bombard me with too many different stretches.
