Holly was amazing and very skilled at what she does. After a consultation she got to the root of my needs and worked accordingly. The Twilight Garden is a beautiful therapy suite, warm clean and very relaxing. Easy to get to from Chelmsford and parking available. A wonderful experience and I will be back.

Had the most lovely treatment yesterday with Lynsay. It may have been frosty with a touch of snow outside, but it was warm and relaxing inside. Love the thoughtful touch of the warm lavender scented eye mask. I felt so relaxed after and my body fully appreciated the treatment. I highly recommend Tranquil Flow Lymphatics

I have been going to Naomi for regular massages for about two years now. She is always professional, but easy to relate to. She once again tailored my session to ensure the various aches and pains were addressed. Consequently, I felt so much better and really relaxed by the end. I can recommend her without any hesitation whatsoever.

Amy is so knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. I had an amazing massage, Amy really worked all my tension out while also making it relaxing which is often hard to do. I then had the remodelling facial with buccal massage and literally left feeling like I had a new head, my face felt contoured but most importantly my jaw felt released for the first time and I managed to sleep easily. Waking up this morning with no jaw pain I feel like a new woman. Set in a picturesque escape with such a warm and welcoming environment, I would highly recommend everyone to pay Amy a visit.

Really great location, easy to find in the heart of Chelmsford! Have been treated by Victoria for 10 years and treatment/service is always perfect.

Expert handling of my shoulder nerve pain. Toni explained what she planned to do and why she felt it was best approach asking for my sgreement before proceeding. Toni constantly checked the pain level I was feeling as she gradually manipulated thr muscle to ease the tension and move onto soft tissue massage. Toni also used dry needling on my shoulder and arm followed by more soft tissue massage to encourage the muscles in my shoulder and arm to release tension. Toni has an excellent approach to make you relax. The techniques, equipment used are all checked with you for comfort and pain level.

Incredibly impressed by Abby's skill and expertise to create a relaxing and refreshing head massage/spa that far exceeded my expectations. This is a must-experience treatment for anyone looking to unwind and recharge.

Not my first Rodeo with Holly!! Once again, Holly excelled!! I opted for a hot stone massage with some sort of Crystal therapy (sorry Holly, can't remember the exact name lol). This was to relive stress and anxiety, 5*s all day long!! Couldn't belive how refreshed and rejuvenated I felt when I left!!! So relaxing. Holly is top of her game. Another super nice relaxing massage, lovely heated bed and gorgeous smelling oils.

Another fantastic treatment, the face and scalp massage is incredibly gentle and relaxing. You will leave feeling as light as a feather.

Naomi provides a lovely relaxing space. My Lymphatic massage is always lovely. I also had a foot massage as well. I thought it was a lovely way to spend a morning and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a calm and relaxing space.
