I have been using Shannon services since she moved to Coffs harbour. Each time I walk through the doors no matter what is going on in my life or hers I feel relaxed. You are always greated with the most amazing smile, the team there are friendly and welcoming. Shannon just knows the countless times I have said I am in your capable hands and she has always hooned in on what ever the issues are within my body. I leave like I am on a cloud. I can't recommend Shannon highly enough. She is an absolute goddess.

What a terrific massage - I was knotty in my calves, back and shoulders. 60 mins later I feel loose and relaxed. The oils and hot rocks were divine. My therapists’ pressure was firm and confident facilitating my ability to relax and be worked on. I will definitely be booking in again - soon.

I had to share my experience one of the midwives suggested Soma and wow. I cant explain how spoilt I felt. Postpartum is such a challenging time in any womans life. And so often we feel overlooked and unheard as all our attention is put into our special new baby. This massage was 2 hours of beimg spoilt. It should be mandatory for any pregnant woman pre and post partum. Im 7 weeks post partum and holy moly I nearly cried! 2 hours of bliss! The beautiful music, the smell and the perfect amount of pressure and relaxation. Thankyou for this bliss experience.

Rhianon customised each step to suit my skin concerns, and the added services — including a heavenly shoulder/neck massage, a hydrating mask, and warm towel therapy — took the experience to the next level. Shannon has created a lovely environment in her studio, she absolutely knows what she is doing; can do different types of massage, lovely oils used, scents, herbal tea and filtered water, pre discussion, she has a sure, skilled and lovely touch, I think she is interested in the whole person and spiritual aspects as well as the massage itself. I highly recommend Energetica and can't wait to try other modalities /types of massage or workshop/ in future.
