I have been using Shannon services since she moved to Coffs harbour. Each time I walk through the doors no matter what is going on in my life or hers I feel relaxed. You are always greated with the most amazing smile, the team there are friendly and welcoming. Shannon just knows the countless times I have said I am in your capable hands and she has always hooned in on what ever the issues are within my body. I leave like I am on a cloud. I can't recommend Shannon highly enough. She is an absolute goddess.

I got the Immortal facial treatment from Lee and she was fantastic, as always! As icing on cake, I got the best deep tissue massage by Laila in the same session. I could not recommend Spa elements more if you are looking for pampering and relaxation, whether you are a local like me, or visiting Coffs. I have been visiting Spa Elements for years and have found their service, whether it be a relaxing elemental massage or any of the beautiful facial treatments, to be consistently excellent, professional and gentle where necessary. Ruby’s lymphatic drainage massages have delivered incredible results for me, and Mikaela’s remedial massage and Neosculpting are equally amazing. I always leave feeling lighter, restored, and can’t recommend House of Soma highly enough.

I had the lymphatic massage and it was absolutely amazing. It was so different to what I’d seen all over social media about lymphatic drainage, and in the best way. Ruby’s care throughout the treatment was incredible, and the whole experience was so calming. Although it’s not what I went for, I’m shocked by the difference in my tummy from the before and after photos.

I had the new myofascial treatment yesterday and it was exactly what I needed for my neck, jaw and headaches. So much care goes into the whole experience, and the heated electric blanket was perfect on such a cold winter day. She was so intuitive throughout the treatment, and I left feeling so relaxed.
