And just when I thought it couldn’t get any better… I booked a facial with Christina! I have been seeing her for regular shoulders and back massages in the last few years, but today I decided to treat myself with a pre wedding facial. All great quality Elemis products. The most tranquil atmosphere. It was incredibly good and relaxing, she is so talented! My skin feels so smooth and glowing. She is the best massage and beauty therapist I ever came across. Had a wonderful experience at Hands of Therapy. The treatment room was calm, relaxing, and very welcoming. Sarah was incredible with her hands — I left feeling so much more relaxed, lighter, and less bloated. Such kind and lovely service throughout the whole appointment. Highly recommend and will definitely be booking again!

Its the best relax, unwind and rebalance experience, just as simple as that. I have been visiting Elaine for 22 years, the experience in her hands and treatment guidance are exemplary. The room environment at Warwick is perfect, the wide heated, powered bed, the quality of linen and towels and of course Dr Hauschka. Try for yourself!

From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and completely at ease. The customer service was warm and professional, and the atmosphere was calm, relaxing, and inviting. I had a deep tissue massage and honestly felt amazing afterwards. The whole experience was excellent, and I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and rejuvenated. I’ll definitely be visiting again soon. Highly recommended!

Chloe was warm and friendly in her greeting and chatty but very professional during treatment. I went needing a good overhaul and came away knowing I had had a deep massage! Today, 24 hours on all ready feel easier but will definitely return to free up the extra tight neck muscles!

I had the most wonderful facial with Elaine Sadler Skin Health. Elaine takes such care and attention with every part of the treatment - from the relaxing foot soak to the incredible facial itself. Her hands are magic! The treatment room is absolutely beautiful, so chic and spotless, which instantly makes you feel relaxed. The added head massage and extra care to the feet were such thoughtful touches and made the whole experience feel really luxurious. My skin is glowing afterwards and I already can’t wait to go back. I’m also excited to try one of her massages next time. Highly recommend!

I’ve just had my second lymphatic drainage massage with Karin and it’s just the most incredible treatments. Not only is it one of the most relaxing experiences ever you come away feeling lighter, less bloated, puffy and sleep so well the night after. Highly recommend anyone to try this treatment especially with the lovely Karin ❤️

This was honestly the best facial I’ve ever had. Elaine was so kind and talked me through everything, which made me feel completely at ease. There were so many thoughtful touches I didn’t expect, including a relaxing foot bath before the facial, which really elevated the whole experience. The facial itself was incredibly relaxing, and the venue was immaculately clean. I left feeling so calm, and today my skin is absolutely glowing. I can’t wait to come back again for another facial – and to try a massage too!

I recently had my first session with Lauren, who was engaging, patient and immediately put me at ease. It was an intense 90-minute session combining deep-tissue massage with dry needling. Lauren was a consummate professional, with the knowledge and skill to identify and address several of the issues I arrived with. I won’t lie, there were moments when I tried to escape through the face hole in the massage table, but I always felt completely safe and in the best of hands. I left feeling noticeably less tense and immediately booked another session for a few weeks later. Highly recommended.
