I have been to a few TRE sessions run by Marie. Everytime it has been an enjoyable experience. Its a very odd sensation when the shaking starts, but she is with you every step of the way, checking in and ensuring that you get the most out of the experience. After a difficult day, TRE is a great way to ground yourself and calm your system. I would recommend trying it.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Marie, she is an absolutely amazing, warm and caring person and so professional in every way. I felt heard and taken care of, surrounded by so much compassion and willingness to help. Marie was great at talking me though what the massage would entail so I felt comfortable. She noticed when i struggled with some painful spots and helped me breathe though it all. It was very relaxing and would definitely recommend.
