I had a fantastic experience with Spalding Massage Therapy. Daragh was amazing from start to finish professional, welcoming, and clearly very knowledgeable. From the moment I arrived, I felt at ease. She took the time to understand exactly what I needed and tailored the treatment perfectly. The massage itself was outstanding, helping to relieve tension and leaving me feeling completely refreshed. You can really tell she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about her customers wellbeing. I would highly recommend Daragh to anyone looking for a high-quality massage in the area.

A really good counseling session followed by a relaxing facial. Kristina makes you feel comfortable as soon as you walk through the door. I’m a very self concious person and she put me at ease. Full of empathy and compassion. A really good listener. Would 100% recommend this lovely lady. Treatment are amazing, counselling is so incredibly helpful and really was the best decision I ever made. Thank you Kristina for all that you do!

Absolutely stunning every time! Tried the new and upcoming Hydro facial which was so relaxing. Emily spoke me through the different stages and checking throughout how everything was. Skin feels so refreshed, hydrated and smooth. Emily is such a lovely person I couldn’t recommend more!!

I went for a massage for the first time. It was a gift from my sister, so I didn't have high expectations, I was curious to see how everything would look. The massage was pleasant, relaxing, and the masseuse was nice and had strong hands.

my skin feels and looks amazing after my hydrofacial with Emily, she’s so talented and professional. I felt very informed with every different stage of the facial and completely relaxed throughout, I will definitely be going back for this as a regular treatment. Couldn’t recommend enough x
