Claire is a lovely, kind lady who has created a beautiful, calm, relaxing, safe environment in her studio. Her treatments are thorough and have really helped me to manage my hypermobility symptoms. She is happy to chat or stay in silence, whatever you prefer on the day and has a very calming nature. Always feel relaxed and refreshed and pain free after a massage. So much so that have moved away but still commute back once a month for a massage.

It was my first appointment with Ivana on Monday 3rd of November ( waxing: Hollywood, half legs and underarms ) and I am keeping asking myself why?! Why couldn’t I come sooner … Being fairly new to Salisbury, it's not easy to find the right beauty professional, it's very personal, especially for this particular treatment. If you have high standards and are looking for a professional, classy and respectful environment - look no further! My rating is 5 stars / great, if I could, I would put excellent 👌, because it is! Priyanka was really good with my daughter, 13, who got her eyebrows done for the first time. She used the thread and did a great job within 5 minutes. Clearly she knows what she’s doing , amazing result although my daughter was super still throughout the process , she didn’t enjoy the pain 😂. Oh , well!! She said she’ll come back though.

Amazing experience, I was in there for a few hours today getting treatments and got to watch just how hard all the girls worked especially under pressure during a busy day! It was busy yet service and experience was amazing! Haven’t had my nails done in years- treated myself whilst little one was with grandma for a pedi and builder gel- I loved every minute! Natalie has magic hands! She finds knots you didn’t know you had and an amazing ability to release those knots and tension. Natalie is so positive, happy and helpful. Her energy rubs off on you! I highly recommend a treatment, you won’t go anywhere else once you have!

Wow..what a lovely experience..Tina was the most friendly, professional person, so friendly, easy to talk to & she goes over & above to give a 5* experience to her clients. It was my first visit & it won’t be my last. The attention to detail, kind thoughtful gestures such as a hot drink & some other lovely extra treats & of course a wonderful nail strengthen & polish made my visit to Tina actually a 6 * experience. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. & to add Ive managed to chip 2 nails within a couple of days & Tina has said that I can pop back for a quick fix on them ..that’s 100% after care 😘

Fantastic! Natalie really does reset you! She is exceptionally talented at finding exactly which muscles need work. This isn’t always pain free, but so worth while to release knots, relaxing and a fabulous experience.
