Amazing set up with friendly and knowledgable staff supporting you. I experienced the recovery lounge with contrast therapy (hot and cold), red light therapy and pressotherapy. The guys were super friendly and let me try the oxygen therapy experience as well. Highly recommend experiencing what Cardiff Wellness lounges have to offer, a fantastic and affordable facility to meet your recovery goals or support with your training goals. I'll most definitely be returning.

Only an hour drive away from Llanelli I find myself at The Wellness Lounge Cardiff. I park up in a free space and I'm greeted by the Boss. Im booked in for a massage with Paul and then I have time in the hot/cold therapy room as well as being given the opportunity to test out the IPC boots and some oxygen therapy. I had a ball! The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. I've woken up feeling like a new woman! Highly reccomend, 10 million stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

2nd session in the recovery lounge - 1st one was great, 2nd one even better as they've added a cold plunge! Crazy experience to go into freezing water after the infrared sauna. Loved it.

I love the recovery room; I was able to do a bit of the infrared sauna, cold shower, red light and the amazing compression boots, while treating myself to a facial mask. Thank you for the personalized attention and great service.

Couldn't recommend the recovery room in The Wellness Lounge Cardiff enough! Filip is a knowledgeable and helpful host, the room is full of equipment all things recovery considered. Whether you're in need of post sports rejuvenation or relaxing session, solo or with a friend, The Lounge is a place for you! 6 out of 5 stars service, if only could!!!

Excellent. The lounge exceeded our expectations. I visited with my husband, and we both fit in the sauna, so there are no issues with size. We tried all options from the recovery lounge: sauna, cold plunge, pressotherapy and red light therapy and would highly recommend all. The small touches make a huge difference, from bringing us electrolytes whilst in the sauna, rining the bell when entering and the coaching through the cold plunge - couldn't recommend enough!

Really good sauna&ice bath expe rience!

Absolutely incredible experience today in the recovery lounge. They have truly thought of everything from electrolyte drinks in the sauna to little sweets by the lounger and a supply of toiletries, bobbles, goggles for the light therapy etc. Waiyee talked us through the entire session and coached us through the cold plunge which we couldn't have done without her encouragement and breathing techniques but are now complete converts! She made the entire experience all the better. Will definitely be back.

Paul never fails to go above and beyond to help in any way he can with our recovery. Feel so much better after playing an intense week of touch rugby coming back and having a massage, compression legs, ice bath and infared sauna, I honestly feel like a nee women today! Had a wonderful time at the recovery lounge with my best friend. We used the sauna, red light therapy and pressure therapy. Filip was fab! He was so friendly, welcoming and really ensured we felt relaxed and pampered. Nothing was too much for Filip, a fantastic host for the recovery lounge - we enjoyed our time so much as the space was intimate and personal allowing us to truly relax and catch up with one another, much different to your larger commercial spas! We cannot wait to return as the facilities were fantastic and we're excited to see as more facilities become available!
