Amazing as always! Katharine is the BEST massage therapist I have ever had. She’s been helping me for several months now with my structural issues and trigger point flair ups. I’m better than day 1 but it’s a work in progress and she has been more help to me than all the physical therapy and accupuncture I have tried. I highly highly recommend her!!

I cannot recommend Craig highly enough. After developing knee pain while running, I sought his help and was impressed by his thorough, professional and knowledgeable approach. Rather than simply treating symptoms, Craig took the time to carry out a detailed assessment, identifying the root cause of the problem as IT band syndrome. His clinic treatment, clear home rehab plan and targeted hip/glute strengthening, mobility and stretching work made a huge difference to my rehabilitation. With his guidance and structured running plan, I completed the Manchester Half last weekend injury free.

This was my second visit with Pualla and it didn’t disappoint. She continues to work on a pinched nerve I’ve been dealing with for months now. Bal was excellent, we discussed my injuries, treatments and goals for rehabilitation and he made an overall assessment of what I needed from the session that day and in the future for my health. He was very knowledgeable about the biomechanics and different types of physical therapy that would help me. He was really helpful, and very good at finding all the knots that needed attention.

The receptionists at the front desk are very helpful and encouraged me to get a referral so my insurance can cover my physical therapy appointments. Once that was complete, I went in the very next day and received excellent treatment from the providers which included cupping and massage. Im 100% returning. I had my first appointment/consultation with Ryan, I have calcific tendonitis on my right shoulder and have been struggling for months. I booked a Balinese massage, and it honestly exceeded my expectations. Mimi, my therapist, was absolutely fantastic — highly skilled, attentive and very intuitive. I’ve been seeing Ryan for sports massage therapy for many years and highly recommend him. He has helped me with everything from general maintenance to injuries, getting me to the start line of multiple ultra trail and marathon running events. Ryan is professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable, explaining how the body works and why injuries occur. He provides tailored rehab exercises after each session. My son, a dancer, also sees him and benefits greatly. Excellent service at a very reasonable cost.
