Comfortable, clean, calming surroundings. Short conversation to cover what pain I was experiencing then straight into it and every box was ticked. Plenty good advice on aftercare.

Another great treatment by Natalie. She asks and listens to what you need from a treatment. She has a very firm massage pressure which is great.
