I would thoroughly recommend Sarah, she's a very skilled massage therapist. I book myself in for a regular treatment every four weeks. It feels like a lovely treat, whilst being an excellent form of self care, benefitting me both mentally and physically. My sore, tight neck and shoulder muscles are much better after my deep tissue massage. I feel relaxed, uplifted and ready to start my working week now 🙂

Excellent first consultation and therapy.

Today I had a new therapy Sarah is starting called Shiatsu Massage. I remained fully clothed whilst Sarah applied deep pressure on points over my back and lower back. It was a very relaxing experience and a lot less faff that getting undressed etc. I would highly recommend this treatment.

I didn't know what to expect having a lymphedema drainage massage but found it relaxing. I could see a positive difference in the swelling on my legs later that evening and the following day.
